In this new body of work, Jessica Meuninck-Ganger pays tribute to the spirited life of mentors and masters. She actively reimagines their workshops, tools, collections, and surroundings by reverently rendering, printing, and reconstructing observations and memories, further transforming them into structural, architectural, and meandering visual arrangements.

Jessica Meuninck-Ganger is an American printmaker and book artist based in Milwaukee. Her prints, time-based, and sculptural works have been exhibited in museums and in both experimental and commercial galleries regionally, nationally, and internationally. Her works on paper are included in several private and public collections, including the Weisman Museum of Art, Saint Kate Arts Hotel’s Seed Collection, Ripon College, Northwestern Mutual, Target Corporation, and in contemporary publications, such as Andrea Ferber’s, Sustenance: Contemporary Printmaking Now, Richard Noyce’s, Printmaking Beyond the Edge, and Nathaniel Stern’s, Interactive Art and Embodiment: The Implicit Body as Performance. Jessica earned a BS degree in Art Education from Ball State University and MFA in Studio Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She is currently the Print and Narrative Forms Area Head, Associate Professor, and co-Chair of the Department of Art and Design at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
